The guard carries the app. The agency and the client work from the web console. Everyone sees the same shift, the same punch and the same report.

Mobile app

For guards

  • Shifts and offers: this week at a glance, and offers from agencies with site, dates and rate.
  • A reminder 2 hours before every shift: tap "I'm coming" or "I can't come".
  • Punch in at the gate inside the site's GPS fence, or by scanning the post's QR / NFC tag. Location is read only at that moment.
  • No phone? A supervisor punches the guard in by scanning the badge.
  • Call off a shift with 6 hours' notice so the agency can find cover; swap shifts.
  • Report incidents with photos, and the agency is alerted at once.
  • Payslips and KPIs: hours, pay owed and paid, a monthly PDF, punctuality and ratings.

  • Live board: who is on site, who is late and which posts are empty, right now.
  • Rosters and offers: publish shifts to your guard pool; call-offs arrive with 6 hours' notice.
  • Incident desk: every report with photos, and a statement letter in Arabic ready for the Police or Civil Defence.
